- CLICK & COLLECT -
If your are located near Yarrawonga, why not save a little and forgot postage, select the click & collect option at checkout. Simply select LOCAL PICK UP at the check out and you will receive a email when your is ready to be collected and also another when your order has been collected.
All CLICK & COLLECT are available for Collection at 59 Lakeviews Circuit Yarrawonga VIC 3730
- LOCAL DELIVERY -
We offer local delivery to your front door, simply select LOCAL DELIVERY at the checkout point. We offer local delivery to Yarrawonga, Mulwala & Savernake (Savernake deliverys are only once a week).
You can also pop in notes if you would like a contactless delivery or it left at the front door. If you choose to leave it at the front door we will take a photo as proof that it has been delivered and if parcel goes missing we are not obliged to replace missing item.
- SHIPPING -
Woodland Gumnuts only ships to Australia at the moment with standard shipping price $12, Express Shipping $15.
Packing time can be anywhere in-between the same day or up to 5 working days. We always try our best to your orders out as quick as possible.
We use Australia Post to deliver your parcels safely.
- TRACKING -
Once we have processed and shipped your goodies, you will receive a email confirmation from email@example.com which will have your tracking details & where your parcel is located. You can track your order Via Auspost.
If you do need your order in a hurry please select Express Shipping.
If your parcel gets lost please contact us and we will try track it down. If your parcel is deemed lost we will issue you with a refund or store credit.
- PRE ORDER PRODUCTS -
If your item is listed is as a pre order item it will not be shipped until your item is in stock.
If you place additional non pre order items in the same order as your pre ordered item, the items will not be shipped till all items are in stock and they will be shipped together in one parcel.
If your require your other items before hand I would recommend that you do two separate orders. If you have already placed your order and require the other items sent prior, you will be required to pay for extra shipping to post items.
- RETURNS AND EXCHANGES -
If you change your mind about a item that you have purchase at Woodland Gumnuts we can exchange those products subject to the following conditions.
- Items must be in the original condition in which they where purchased, such a packages, tags and boxes.
- You must have your receipt for proof of purchase
- Items must be returned within 28 days
- We are happy to refund your item if there is a manufacturing fault
- Online purchases are subject to the above term and conditions, but additional postage & handling cost are at the buyers expense or item can be returned to location of store with no extra charge.
- PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS DAMAGED IN POST
- CANCELLATION OF ORDERS -
Woodland Gumnuts may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with your products in your order. We will contact you if this where to happen. You will receive a full refund at this time.
- PAYMENT -
Woodland Gumnuts accepts payment for the products via Visa, Mastercard & Paypal. After you make your payment for your order, you will receive a confirmation email, which confirms with a receipt of your order.
- CHECKOUT INFORMATION IMPORTANT -
PLEASE make sure you enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Woodland Gumnuts is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
