Hi, I’m Vanessa, owner of Little Gumnuts.

A little about me: 

I’m 31 and engaged to my amazing fiancé, Khris. Together, we have two beautiful boys, Michael and Dustin, and our gorgeous little girl Daisy, who has completed our family. We also have a beloved fur baby, Ruby.

We live in the charming country town of Yarrawonga, Victoria, where I’ve spent my whole life. Growing up on our family farm is something I’ve always treasured, and now it’s one of my favourite places to spend time with my own little family.

I’m so lucky to have my biggest supporter by my side—my beautiful mum, Pam. She is the owner of Bella FemmeNess Country Chic and the talented maker behind all the beautiful bibs, burp cloths, aprons, pram liners, bonnets, booties, and beanies that we stock in our store.

I started Little Gumnuts back in 2018, after the birth of our first little boy, Michael. Since then, it has grown into a business fueled by my passion for children’s learning, toys, thoughtful baby gifts, and celebrating the wonderful women in our lives. We love encouraging play, exploration, and learning, while keeping it fun for the little ones. I also stock products to support breastfeeding mums, a journey I have personally cherished.

The inspiration behind Little Gumnuts came from a simple idea: our small town didn’t have a place offering these kinds of products, and we wanted to change that. From the beginning, it has been important to us to support and complement other local businesses. We proudly stock products from amazing companies to delight babies, toddlers, kids, and, of course, the special women in our lives.
